Every layer of iNTELIGENCIA VIVA follows the same rule: each backend runs on the infrastructure of whoever pays for it. The free layers never touch our servers. The paid platform runs on ours, in Cloudflare, so it stays fast without you managing anything.
Free — no backend
Free Directory
A generator on this site produces an HTML/CSS/JS snippet you paste into any website or CMS. Everything runs in the visitor's browser — there is no account, no server of ours involved, and no usage limit.
- Multichannel: WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Instagram, phone, email, and X — each independently configurable.
- Multiple agents with a weekly schedule, calculated in the visitor's browser in the agent's own timezone.
- A default message that adapts to the page title and URL the visitor is writing from.
- Configurable design: position, colors, expandable or simple mode, and dark mode.
- A privacy notice that blocks the widget until accepted, stored in the visitor's own browser.
- Analytics through your own GA4 or Meta Pixel — nothing is ever sent to our infrastructure.
- No forced watermark: a small, optional, removable attribution to iNTELIGENCIA VIVA.

Free WordPress Plugin
The same scope as the Directory, packaged as a native WordPress plugin whose entire backend lives inside the WordPress install you already pay for — PHP, wp-admin, and a Custom Post Type to manage it.
- An admin panel inside wp-admin to manage multiple accounts, agents, and schedules per account.
- A native Gutenberg block and a shortcode for placing it anywhere.
- A button on the WooCommerce product page, with several possible placements.
- Sync with WPML and Polylang for sites that are already multilingual.
- Targeting by page, post, and device using WordPress's own metadata and options — no external services.
- Built to be published in the official WordPress.org plugin directory, following its rules: no trialware, no tracking without consent.

Paid platform
Available with or without WordPress. If a workspace already has the Plugin installed, it starts talking to this backend the moment the workspace upgrades — the same lightweight client, just connected to more.

The free layers are always a light client
The WordPress Plugin and the free Directory snippet never run business logic of ours — they only render a widget and open a link (`wa.me`, `mailto:`, and so on). When a workspace moves to a paid plan, that same lightweight client starts talking to the platform in Cloudflare instead of just opening links; the code installed on your site doesn't change in nature, it simply gains more capability to connect to.
