Where this product came from
Before iNTELIGENCIA VIVA was a product, it was an agency doing the unglamorous, essential work businesses need to exist online: designing websites, keeping them hosted and running, building the apps that support them, and getting them found through SEO. That work meant sitting across the table from small business owners, online stores, and support teams, over and over, watching the same problem show up in different words: customers were writing in on WhatsApp, on a contact form, on Instagram, and there was no single place to answer them well.
The product exists because the agency kept building the same kind of solution by hand for different clients, and eventually built it once, properly, as something anyone could use directly — starting free, with no dependency on hiring an agency at all.
What carries over from the agency to the product
Ship things that keep running
An agency's clients don't accept "it broke and nobody noticed" as an answer — that same standard of care is why the free tier has zero infrastructure of ours to fail in the first place.
No lock-in as a business model
The free Directory and the WordPress Plugin are released under the Apache License 2.0 for the same reason an agency doesn't hide a client's own website files from them: the code you install is genuinely yours to keep.
Plain-language pricing
AI usage is billed by "resolution" — a conversation the AI closed — not by token or API call, because a client should be able to read their own bill without a calculator.
Humans stay in the loop
The product's core handoff feature exists because an agency never fully automates a client relationship away — it just removes the repetitive parts so people can do the part that needs a person.
